Hi, I’m Hanna. Designer, arts marketer, and chronic over-thinker.

By day, I’m the Engagement Manager at the University of Southern Maine Osher School of Music. In that role, I’ve built email strategies that run at double the industry average open rate, launched pilot membership and volunteer programs from scratch, grown patron audiences significantly year over year, and designed every piece of marketing collateral along the way. I’m the person who figures out what isn’t working and fixes it. That’s exactly what I bring to HFlewDesign clients.

My background spans nearly a decade in music education, a stint as Design Director at Portland Monthly Magazine, years of editorial work with the Maine Music Educators Association, and ongoing hands-on experience in arts audience development. I understand your budget realities, your mission-driven constraints, and the particular challenge of trying to fill seats while running a thousand other things at once.

HFlewDesign is intentionally small. I work with a select number of clients at a time, which means you get me—fully present, genuinely invested, and not farming your logo out to anyone else.
